Following the success of my digital recipe booklets, and of the happy community that is growing up around them on social media even in these disconcerting and stressful Corona virus times, I am pleased to announce that you can now become a signed-up member of Carmelita’s Cooking Club – an international club of people from many different parts of the world who love food, love cooking, love Italy and who consequently appreciate what I do, what I offer as Cook Italy.
It’s another way to support me while travel and tourism continue in lockdown, so that when they become possible again, I will still be here, offering Bologna market tours and hands-on cooking classes as I have done these past 20 years.
The membership is annual and everyone who becomes a member gets 6 informative newsletters with news from Italy, recipes, and stories of some of the social and gastronomic history behind famous Italian or Bologna products or dishes. You will also be able to access my password protected videos which I will be gradually adding to my brand new Vimeo site which is here.
There are three levels as below.
Oro – At this gold level in addition you get:
- A 60 minute private online cooking class for 2 people.
- Carmelita’s Italian Kitchen 1, a collection of 30 recipes in an eCookbook to download.
- Carmelita’s Italian Kitchen 2, 30 more recipes in an eBook due out on June 8th.
Argento – At this silver level, you get these extras:
- A 30 minute one-to-one online consultancy for recipe requests, menu planning or cooking advice.
- Carmelita’s Italian Kitchen 1, a collection of 30 recipes in an eCookbook to download.
Bronzo – At this bronze level, besides the newsletters and videos you also get:
- An invitation to join me and to be seen by the audience for a few minutes on one of my Sunday Facebook Live sessions.
