Cook Sicily Week, Sample 6 night Programme
Day 1 - After settling in, 7 p.m. Aperitivo on Piazza Duomo, followed by Welcome Dinner dining on the restaurant Terrace overlooking the harbour
Day 2 - Market tour and shopping at 8.30 am. Cooking Class 1 at 10.00 at the home of Mariana and Patrice. Local guests may join us for the lunch we make together! Optional walking tour at 5 p.m. Dinner out at 8 p.m.
Day 3 - Optional Market shopping at 8.30 am and Cooking Class 2 at 10.00.
Free after lunch for siesta/shopping/sightseeing. Dinner out at 8 p.m.
Day 4 - Departure 8.30 am Cheese maker Visit and Cooking Class 3, with local cook Anna in her own home. Return to Ortigia for Dinner out at 8 p.m.
Day 5 - Optional Market shopping at 8.30 am. Cooking Class 4 at 10.00.
Optional Puppets Behind the Scenes at 5.30 p.m. Dinner at 7 p.m. and Sicilian Puppet Show at 9 p.m.
Day 6 - Optional Market shopping at 8.30 am. Cooking Class 5 at 10.00.
Optional Sicilian Wine Tasting at 5.30 p.m. Farewell Dinner out at 8 p.m.
