55 acres, 400 olive trees, 11 rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, 1 swimming pool, the “cottage” with its further bed and bathroom - these numbers give an idea of the spaciousness of this handsome country house, where just 8 Cook Italy guests will live, cook and eat under the Tuscan Sun!

Furnished sympathetically with Italian country antiques, the bedrooms (2 double, 2 twin) have all new mattresses and linens, and each has its own private bathroom equipped with hair dryer.

Outside, there is a working pizza oven, a lovely path up to the pool, and furnished patios for sitting and sipping and contemplating the wide open country views - gorgeous sunsets, wonderful moonlit nights, sunflower fields, fabulous meals - you just couldn't ask for more!

The kitchen, left, with its shiny terracotta floors and the big red stove is a warm inviting space. The large separate walk-in pantry, the long island unit and a large table mean we have plenty of work surface as well as ample floor space for our cooking classes!
